Bethany began her legal career in 2004, when she joined the Minnesota Army National Guard as a Paralegal. Bethany attended undergrad at Minnesota State University, Mankato (MNSU), majoring in finance and minoring in business law. After graduating with her undergraduate degree, Bethany began working at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in St. Paul.

While continuing to work full-time for the federal court system, Bethany attended law school at William Mitchell in St. Paul. She was a law clerk for the Minnesota Department of Human Services, Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Minneapolis City Attorney’s Office, and Chisago County Attorney’s Office.

Bethany began her career as an attorney at the same firm she worked at during undergrad, then worked as a solo attorney for a couple years before joining Morris Law Group, P.A. in 2020.

Bethany dedicates much of her free time to serving military members and first responders. She is a regional supervisor for the Wills for Heroes program, an attorney volunteer with the Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans, a Reserve Police Officer with the Richfield Police Department and the Bloomington Police Department and legal counsel for Backing the Blue Line.
